Check the listing for hours, whether the shop accepts custom cake orders and its Google rating before you go, and call about allergens, since small kitchens often share equipment. Charlotte is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Charlotte follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Their crepes are so good! Weโd been wanting to try this place when it opened, and when we finally did, it definitely didnโt disappoint. Delicious and worth the wait!

This is a very nice spot to stop and try. There's several items on the menu that are very interesting, and the quality of their Belgium chocolate is really good. The chocolate is smooth, perfectly sweet and doesn't feel overwhelming. Their crepes are tender and melt in your mouth. On my visit we tried the Fettuccine which comes with milk, dark and white chocolate, and a scoop of vanilla gelato, which was perfectly balanced, we also tried their Dubai crepe, filled with kadayif and pistachios and covered in milk chocolate, this one was good but very one dimensional, and the crepe was very very full of pistachios which overpowered it a bit, but it was still pretty good. Their coffee is okay, not offensive but it's not the best coffee I've had either, but this is a crepe shop, not a coffee shop, so I didn't mind it that much. The ambiance is clean, spacious and modern, the service is quick and every employee is very courteous and nice. The only thing is that the music is a bit loud, so it's a little hard to have a conversation if you're with someone. I hope this place keeps the quality up! Very nice little spot to go with a date or even with family.

The best customer service Iโve experienced in Charlotte. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we walked in. They really make you feel taken care of. The Turkish coffee is by far the best Iโve had in Charlotte. The crepes were so fresh, and the chocolate tasted rich and high quality. Everything came out looking beautiful. The fruit was also incredibly fresh. I tried the pineapple juice, and it was so sweet and juicy. You can really taste the freshness in everything they serve. You can tell they care about the quality of everything they serve. Iโll definitely be coming back and recommending Melt n Dip to everyone looking for a great dessert spot.

Very well polished dessert restaurant, lots of different options. I ended up going with the โMy Passionโ dip plate for 1, with many different items to choose from on the platter. I personally enjoyed the marshmallows and the brownies the best. The chocolate dip consisted of dark, milk, and white Belgian chocolates which tasted exquisite blended together. The atmosphere of the restaurant was unique, feeling very modern and enticing. All in all, it was a 10/10 experience, and Iโll certainly be back to try some of the other tempting menu items.

We stopped by during the soft opening of the Charlotte location, and it was an amazing experience! We tried a variety of items, and everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home despite it being their soft opening. My absolute favorite was the triple Chocolate Crรชpeโit was incredible and definitely a must-try! Wishing the team the best of luck with the new Charlotte location. Highly recommend checking them out!
